By using the Site or providing your information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

When you request a quote, call, text, or email us, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the addresses you are moving from and to, your moving dates, details about your belongings and the services you need, and any other information you choose to share.

We do not collect payment card information through the Site. Any payment for services is arranged separately.

Opting out of texts will not affect our ability to contact you by phone or email about a move you have requested. Providing consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of receiving our services.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, communicate with you, and for legitimate business and legal purposes such as record keeping, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

• Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails, and out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
• Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
• Do Not Track. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
