Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Brandi Bradshaw Keeps It Moving, LLC ("Brandi Bradshaw Keeps It Moving," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit bbkeepsitmoving.com (the "Site") or contact us to request a quote or moving services. By using the Site or providing your information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you request a quote, call, text, or email us, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the addresses you are moving from and to, your moving dates, details about your belongings and the services you need, and any other information you choose to share.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the website that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Analytics" below).

We do not collect payment card information through the Site. Any payment for services is arranged separately.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your quote requests and inquiries and provide you with estimates;
  • schedule, perform, and follow up on your moving, packing, junk removal, and related services;
  • communicate with you by phone, text message, and email about your request, your move, and our services;
  • operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Site and understand how visitors use it;
  • send you information and offers about our services, where permitted by law and subject to your right to opt out; and
  • comply with our legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights, our customers, and the public.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share information with companies that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data storage and backup, customer relationship management, analytics, and communications and messaging. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent. We may share your information for any other purpose with your consent.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to help us understand how the Site is used. We use third-party analytics services (for example, Google Analytics) that set cookies and collect the usage information described above. Most web browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do. You can also use the opt-out tools that analytics providers make available.

5. Calls and Text Messages

When you provide your phone number, you agree that we may call and send text messages to you about your quote request, your move, and our services, including through automated means. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency will vary. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect our ability to contact you by phone or email about a move you have requested. Providing consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of receiving our services.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, communicate with you, and for legitimate business and legal purposes such as record keeping, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails, and out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
  • Do Not Track. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these choices, contact us using the information below.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated policy.
